NOTE: WE SEE .5 SECOND INTERVALS IN THE EXPOSURE TIMES IN MANY EXPOSURES. THESE CANNOT BE CHANGED SIMPLY BY CHANGING THE VALUES WITHIN THE INPUT FILE TO FITPARAMS. THEY MUST BE CHANGED IN THE HEADERS AND RE-RUN THROUGH PHOT, OR A PROGRAM MUST BE WRITTEN TO DEAL WITH THIS PROBLEM.
